Financial Aid Refunds

Refunds Available at Bursar Office with Photo I.D.

NOTE:

Loan disbursement dates are different. Check Clinton Student Portal under SCANNED FINANCIAL AID DOCUMENTS.  Loan notices will also be emailed.  
Financial aid gets paid to your bill in this order:

        • State Grants
        • CCC Foundation Scholarships 
        • Loans 
        • Federal Pell Grants
        • Outside Scholarships 

6/21/24 
This date is for a student enrolled in any summer courses prior to July 7.

07/12/24
This date is for a student enrolled in a course starting  July  8 or later.   Attendance must be established in the late start class before any refund will be issued.

The college will use funds as they are received and a refund, if due; will be issued only after account balance is zero.  View BILLING STATEMENT in student portal.

Fall 2024

10/18/24 
This date is for a student enrolled in classes that run all semester. 

11/15/24  
This date is for a student enrolled in any late start 2nd 7 week course in addition to full semester classes, making them FULL TIME.  Attendance must be established in the late start class before any refund will be issued.
