Tuition and Fees Schedule
2020-2021
Full Time:
- Tuition NYS residents: $5,518.00 per academic year
- Tuition non resident: $10,464.00 per academic year
- Student activity fee: $10.00 per credit hour, 13 credit maximum
- Alumni Association Fee: $10.00 each Fall and Spring Terms
- Malpractice Insurance (Nursing) $10.00 per academic year
- Athletic Fee: $8.00 per credit hour, 13 credit maximum
- Technology/Portal Fee: $25.00 per credit hour, 15 credit maximum
- Matriculation Fee: $35.00 - charged the first semester of matriculation for degree-seeking students
- OER Fee/Per course $10.00
- Distance Learning Fee - $20.00 per credit hour
- Lab Fees - $12.00 - $150.00 depending on course
Part Time:
- Tuition, NYS residents: $230.00 per credit hour
- Tuition, non residents: $400.00 per credit hour
- CAP Tuition, NYS resident: $70.00 per credit hour
- Student activity fee: $10.00 per credit hour
- Alumni Association Fee: $10.00 each Fall and Spring semester

Full-time students (12 credits and above) will be charged tuition on a term basis. Part-time students (1-11 credits) will be charged tuition on a per credit hour basis. Summer tuition is charged on a per credit hour basis.

Explanation of Fees:
Activity Fee - A mandatory fee, charged each semester, for student government and student activities.
Athletic Fee - A mandatory fee for all students dedicated to promote varsity sports, provide funding for coaches and athletic trainer and to provide intramurals/recreational programs for all students.
Matriculation Fee - A mandatory one-time fee, charged the first semester of matriculation, that combines administrative and graduation fees for degree-seeking students.
OER Fee - (open educational resources) A mandatory fee that replaces the cost of traditional textbooks in certain courses.
Technology/Portal Fee - A mandatory fee which contributes to the building and maintenance of all functions of computing and information technology. This includes, but is not limited to, computer labs, smart rooms, internet connections, library automation, automated student services and administrative systems.

Accident Insurance Fee - A mandatory fee, premium paid each semester for full-time students. Click here for information on Accident Insurance Policy.
Out-of-State Student Capital Revenue Fee - A mandatory fee, Out-of-State students shall be assessed an annual capital revenue fee of up to $300 for full-time students and pro-rated for part-time students at a maximum of $10 per credit hour.
