On October 29, 2010 the United States Department of Education published new regulations mandating that colleges and universities report data and disclose information on certain Title IV eligible programs designed to lead to gainful employment in a specific career. The regulations were designed to increase accountability and transparency amongst such programs.At Clinton Community College, all of our certificate programs fall under the auspices of the gainful employment regulations.
