Transferring into Clinton

Business & Health Management

A student of CV-TEC's Business & Health Management program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's A.S. Business Administration program with up to sixteen (16) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Business & Health Management program with an overall grade of B or better.

A student of CV-TEC's Business & Health Management program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's A.A.S. Health Services Management program with up to seventeen (17) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Business & Health Management program with an overall grade of B or better.

A student of CV-TEC's Business & Health Management program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's A.A.S. Business Administration program with up to nineteen (19) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Business & Health Management program with an overall grade of B or better.

 

Computer Information Systems

A student of CV-TEC's Digital Art and Design program will be granted up to twenty-two (22) credits in Clinton Community College's Computer Information System program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in CV-TEC's Digital Art and Design program with an overall grade of B or better.

Criminal Justice

A student of CV-TEC's Security and Law Enforcement program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's Criminal Justice program with three (3) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Security and Law Enforcement program with an overall grade of B or better. 

Environmental Science

A student of CV-TEC's Environmental Conservation and Forestry program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's Environmental Science program with four (4) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Environmental Conservation and Forestry program with an overall grade of B or better.

Environmental Technology

A student of CV-TEC's Environmental Conservation and Forestry program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's Environmental Technology program with four (4) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Environmental Conservation and Forestry program with an overall grade of B or better.  

Health Studies Certificate

A student of CV-TEC's Allied Health program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's Health Studies Certificate program with four (4) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Allied Health program with an overall grade of B or better.

Individual Studies

A student of CV-TEC's Early Childhood Education program will be granted six (6) credits towards an Individual Studies Associate's Degree upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Early Childhood Education program with an overall grade of B or better.

A Technician Candidate of CV-TEC's PAI program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's Individual Studies Certificate program with thirty-six (36) free-elective credits upon successful completion of PAI and after having obtained Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification as an Airframe & Powerplant Technician.

Industrial/Commercial Electrician Program

A student of CV-TEC's Electrical Design, Installation, and Alternative Energy program will be granted up to fifteen (15) credits in Clinton Community College's Industrial/Commercial Electrician program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in CV-TEC's Electrical Design, Installation, and Alternative Energy program with an overall grade of B or better.

Mechanical Technology

A student of CV-TEC's Digital Art and Design program will be granted up to twenty-four (24) credits in Clinton Community College's Mechanical Technology A.A.S. program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Digital Art and Design program with an overall grade of B or better.

Medical Office Assisting

A student of CV-TEC's Medical Office Assisting program will be accepted as a matriculated student in Clinton Community College's Business Administration or Health Services Management program with up to ten (10) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the CV-TEC Medical Office Assisting program with an overall grade of B or better.

Nursing

A student of CV-TEC's Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program will be granted up to nine (9) credits in Clinton Community College's A.A.S Nursing program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in CV-TEC's Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program with an overall grade of B or better.

Renewable Energy Technologies

A student of CV-TEC's Electrical Design, Installation, and Alternative Energy program will be granted up to seven (7) credits in Clinton Community College's Electrical Technology: Electronics or Wind Energy and Turbine Technology program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in CV-TEC's Electrical Design, Installation, and Alternative Energy program with an overall grade of B or better.

Technical Writing

A student of CV-TEC  will be granted three (3) credits in Technical Writing after successfully completing  English Composition as a matriculated Clinton Community College student.

Wind Energy and Turbine Technology

A student of CV-TEC's Electrical Design, Installation, and Alternative Energy program will be granted up to seven (7) credits in Clinton Community College's Wind Energy and Turbine Technology program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in CV-TEC's Electrical Design, Installation, and Alternative Energy program with an overall grade of B or better.

Computer and Electronics Technology

A student completing the Electrical Trades program at FEH BOCES will be granted four (4) credits upon successful completion of the FEH BOCES Electrical Trades Program with an overall grade of B or better.

Mechanical Technology

A student completing the Electrical Trades program at FEH BOCES will be granted four (4) credits upon successful completion of the FEH BOCES Electrical Trades Program with an overall grade of B or better.

Renewable Energy Technologies

A student completing the Electrical Trades program at FEH BOCES will be granted four (4) credits upon successful completion of the FEH BOCES Electrical Trades Program with an overall grade of B or better.

Wind Energy and Turbine Technology

A student completing the Electrical Trades program at FEH BOCES will be granted four (4) credits upon successful completion of the FEH BOCES Electrical Trades Program with an overall grade of B or better.

Industrial/Commercial Electrician Program

A student who has completed the 5-year IBEW Inside Journeyman Wireman Apprenticeship program will be granted 51-55 credits in Clinton Community College's Industrial/Commercial Electrician program.  Students must submit an official American Council on Education (ACE) transcript to the Clinton Community College registrar upon completion of the IBEW training and submit a Clinton Community College admissions application.

Early Childhood Education

A student of Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Early Childhood Education Program will be granted six (6) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Early Childhood Education Program with an overall grade of B or better.

A student of Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Criminal Justice Program will be granted six (6) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Criminal Justice Program with an overall grade of B or better.

A student of Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Electrical Wiring Program will be granted six (6) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Electrical Wiring Program with an overall grade of B or better.

Individual Studies

A student of Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Medical Assisting Program will be granted six (6) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Medical Assisting Program with an overall grade of B or better.

A student of Jefferson-Lewis BOCES New Visions Health Program will be granted six (6) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES New Visions Health Program with an overall grade of B or better.

A student of Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Nursing Assistant Program will be granted six (6) credits upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Nursing Assistant Program with an overall grade of B or better.

Mechanical Technology

A student of WSWHE BOCES  Mechanical Technology  Program will be granted up to nine (9) credits in Clinton Community College's Mechanical Technology A.A.S. program upon successful completion of designated courses outlined in the WSWHE BOCES Mechanical Technology Program with an overall grade of "proficient" or better.
