New Student Registration for Spring 2026 is not yet open.
New First-Time Students
All new students must set up an appointment for one-on-one registration with an academic advisor (in person or Zoom) and take an English placement test (if applicable) prior to that appointment.

New Transfers and Adult Learners
An advisor will be contacting you to set up an individual, in person, virtual, or phone registration appointment. You will be sent information on how to connect prior to your appointment.

Email Health Services or fax 518-562-4197 - Complete your Certificate of Residency for NYS residents AFTER July 1st for Fall start or December 1st for Spring start and BEFORE your bill is due.
To complete your bill you need to submit Certificate of Residency and an SFA form. If you're a Clinton county resident you can have your certificate notarized by CCC. Email bursar@clinton.edu to schedule a quick zoom session. Clinton county residents can have their Certificate of Residency notarized remotely.
